Frequently asked questions

Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year. Cancel anytime: you keep your plan until the end of the paid period and aren't charged again.
How many images or videos can I make?
It depends on the model and settings. Each plan card shows roughly how many videos or images your monthly credits cover, and the comparison table above lists credits per generation. The price shown before you submit is exactly what's charged (models marked “up to” are billed by actual usage, which can only be less).
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a credit pack anytime. Pack credits last 90 days and work alongside your plan credits. Or move up to Pro+ or Ultra for more monthly credits and a lower rate per generation.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Pick another plan on this page to switch: upgrades apply right away, downgrades at the next cycle. Cancel under Account → Membership & credits.
How do payments work?
Card payments are processed by Waffo as Merchant of Record and charged in USD. Team plans can also pay by bank transfer with a VAT invoice (发票).
Am I charged if a generation fails?
No. Credits are reserved when you submit and only charged on success; failed or rejected generations are refunded automatically. Your balance never goes below 0.
Credit validity
  • Monthly credits from Pro / Pro+ / Ultra plans are valid for the current cycle only: monthly plans reset at each renewal, yearly plans get credits once a month and reset at the next monthly grant. Unused credits don't roll over. If you cancel, they stay usable until the end of the paid period.
  • Team plan seat credits go into the company pool each month and also reset at the next monthly grant.
  • Purchased credits (credit packs, Team top-up packs, redeem codes, including Super Creator purchases) are valid for 90 days from purchase, whether or not you keep a subscription.
  • Promotional, compensation and sign-up credits show their expiry date when issued (currently 90 days).
  • Spending order: subscription credits first, then other credits by expiry date, soonest first.
  • Credits already in your account before October 4, 2026 are unaffected and do not expire.
  • See the expiry date of each batch of credits under Account → Membership & credits.
